Cabrillo Way Marina is a Port of Los Angeles marina on the West Channel in San Pedro, with 695 wet slips for boats from 28 to 130 feet, 375 dry storage spaces and guest slips. It’s managed for the port by Suntex Marinas and describes itself as one of the closest marinas to Catalina.
Visiting
- Office: 2293 Miner Street (Berth 39). Dry storage is at 2845 S. Miner Street (Berth 43).
- Hours: Open seven days a week. Wet-slip office 9 am to 5 pm; dry storage 8 am to 5 pm. Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day.
- Guest slips: Available for stays of up to 90 days.
For boaters
Slips have water, 30- and 50-amp power and ice. The marina has pump-outs, restrooms and showers, lockers, dock carts, free Wi-Fi, dinghy and kayak racks, picnic areas and plenty of parking. Boaters gather for coffee and donuts on Saturday mornings at 9. It has been a certified Clean Marina since 2014. Liveaboard spaces are full, with a waitlist of several years.
