Ports O’ Call is gone except for two restaurants and a landing. It will be reborn as the San Pedro Public Market. The developers are the Ratkovich Comany and Jerico Development. The site has been razed and swept clean. Construction is expected to start in early 2020 with the first phase to be completed in 2021. Groundbreaking is expected in July of 2019.
